Encourage sustainable ICT infrastructure that minimizes energy consumption and e-waste.
Support innovation in areas like smart cities, green technology, and IoT that enhance sustainability.
Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries.
Promote digital literacy and skills development to close the digital divide.
Support policies and initiatives to ensure that Internet access is available to underserved populations, such as rural communities and marginalized groups.
